Daviot House is a family run Guest House situated in the heart of Ayr. A warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere welcomes you to Daviot House courtesy of Linda, Orla and Bo our black labrador.
We pride ourselves on providing a home from home get away, where guests can relax, recharge and enjoy all that Ayr and surrounding area has to offer.
Daviot Houe is a grade B listed building, which is over 100 years old and situated in Queens Terrace in Ayr. The house retains a number of original features and boasts large rooms with high ceilings adding to the comfort of any visit.
Our central location allows guests to have a great base to explore the local golfing scene. With over 20 courses with in a 25 minute drive, including, Turnberry, Prestwick and Dundonald. For the convenience of our guests, we are members of Golf South Ayrshire and will happily book and arrange tee-off times at your chosen municipal course at a discounted rate.
The Guest House has 7 bedrooms available to let. Each room is well equipped with hospitality tray, alarm clock, hairdryer, electronic safe, ironing facilities and LCD Freeview Television. Parking is available in Queens Terrace and guests are provided with a free parking permit.
